AutoTextList field or Building Blocks Gallery Content Control
Hello everyone:
In a legal document I need to insert a clause from a list of more than 30. They are grouped by categories: A, B, C... and each category into subcategories: A1, A2...,B1, B2 etc. The clauses contain a lot of text, divided into columns. What would be the most efficient way to do it? If I use legacy forms dropdown list controls programming the On Exit macro will be very difficult. If I use AutoTextList fields or Building Block Gallery Content Control the list will be very long. That's why I'm wondering if there is a way to use either of these tools, or a combination of the two, like a dependent list, grouping the autotext entries into categories and subcategories, so that the list would only be 4 or 5 items. Thank you very much in advance. |
