Hi! A correct and quick answer/solution needs a clear and full starting information/task/problem setting. As for me, your info needs specification and clarification. For example, I dont' see a 3rd column in your illustration. Besides, testing/experimenting needs creation of a similar doc, which may be incorrect. Writing posts asking for additional info is time-consuming and tiresome. The best starting info is a sample document that doesn't need to be converted.
