I have a long documents with pages of manual (i.e. no formatted column separator like tab, ; etc) tables.

In this table I need to duplicate a column. If someone can help me with a macro that would do this, would be greatly appreciated

If you want help with your problem, you need to attach a Word document to your post so that the data can be seen in its original context. The pdf you attached converts the data to a table when opened in Word.

@Italophile. I cannot share the actual data. Here is an example word document. Basically theres no specific orderly table format. I cannot select the data by column.

It seems to me only relation to the formatting is the right most position of each column. Data in each column are right aligned

If there are no tabs or spaces, what creates that white space between values?

Saving to txt file then opening in Excel didn't work perfectly but it does set up data in columns.
