Default Copy and paste excluding header

Is there a way to use VBA to copy and paste formatted main text only (not copy or pasting header) of a section of a document to another document that already have a header?
Copy entire section is causing header format to change in destination document.
Thanks

Don’t include the section break when you copy the section.
