Hi,
When I copy some paragraphs from books or websites, they may be written in the UK English language with some differences in spelling such as
colour ----> color, flavour ----> flavor, so these UK words appeared as wrong words in the document (red underline indicator) UK words.docx.
However, I want to convert any UK words to US words in a quick method.
I selected all paragraphs and changed their language to the US language, but not work
I made the US language as default, but also not fixed.

Changing all the text to US English will apply the proofing language to the text, but it will not change the spelling as you have noted. It will only highlight the words. You would have to list the words and replace them in turn. See Document Batch Processes and the replace text from table option.

Your tool in my mind as the last option, because I don't know all the different spelling US and UK words to put them in your table, so I searched for a quicker method to change all UK words to US words in the easiest way.
However, if I not find a way, of course I will use your tool.

You have identified the problem with this type of issue. You would have to tell any macro what you want to change. There are word lists available on line e.g. https://www.cdnjustlearn.com/public/...s-American.pdf which you could probably use to extract the changes you want to make. The more words you choose to process, the slower that process will be.
