I want to modify a .docm file using word VBA with listed requirements

The requirement are listed in the document uploaded. I'm very new to VBA and don't have much knowledge

I really appreciate if anyone can help.

Add/Delete rows with content control as in document

Rest of the questions are based on question selected show hide rest of the table
