VBA for Word tables background colour throughout document

Hi,

Could anyone please help with code to change the background colour of a word document table throughout multiple tables in a doc. I just need it to change High to red, Low to green and Moderate to amber but I can't find anything that works. It just does nothing when I click run. Thank you,
