Default How to copy specific font text from Word to Excel?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a project where I need to copy specific text from a Word document to an Excel spreadsheet. The text I need to copy is in a specific font (let's say it's "Arial"), and it's scattered throughout the tables of the document.

Does anyone know of a way to copy just the text in a specific font from a Word document to an Excel spreadsheet? I'm open to using VBA or any other methods that might work.

Thanks in advance for your help!

This method works for me.
1. Open the Find and Replace dialog by pressing Ctrl-H
2. Go to the Find tab in that dialog and in the Find what box, set the format to Font = Arial
3. Find in > Main Document (all the found instances should be selected)
4. Close the dialog by clicking the X in the top corner
5. Copy selected text by pressing Ctrl-C
6. Go to Excel and Paste

Thanks for your reply! Can it be done by using VBA? Since I have lots of documents to handle, a VBA button can help me to do it faster.

Thanks again for your suggestions.
