Hi,

I have a word document with links to an excel table on a network server. I would like to be able to send the document as an attachment via Outlook. I would like the links to the excel table to be converted to "real values" so that updates in the excel table are not passed on to the word document in the attachment. I would only like this to happen to the mailed document and not the original. Has anybody got any ideas?

Quick thought, would simply saving as a PDF do the trick? Then make that your email attachment?
