Default Repeating section, make new cells empty

Hi I am creating a meeting protocoll.

My plan was to use a table inside a repeating content control with two rows, Topic and Decision.

Depending on the the number of topics the user could click the plus in the repeating content control and add more topics but the problem comes when the user have already filled the first table and then click the plus sign.

The new section is a copy with the text from the previous one. Is there any way to solve this, so the new sections fields are empty?

I can use text content controls instead but I think it gets messy when all content controls have the background colour grey and the "click or tap here to...." Is there a way of changing this to white and to remove the caption?
