Default Find and Replace from Predetermined list of Text for Both Find and Replace

Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to VBA, and have been searching through all of the find and replace threads, but haven't seen one where the user can select from a list of text to choose from in both the find (about 5 old office addresses) and replace (about 5 new office addresses) selections. The replace choice wouldn't be based upon the find choice.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
