A much better explanation is found in the attached word doc & PDF files. In short, I have been thinking about macros for MS 2013 Office Word. I am quite adept at macros and formulas etcetera for Excel but am totally in the dark concerning macros for MS Word.

Please review the attached documents, noticing each file contains 2 pages long with several images to help explain the desired outcome, and if this is at all possible I would greatly appreciate any input.

I forgot to mention. In all cases when I copy text to be pasted anywhere I always use the app called PureText that only pastes the text without any formatting coming in with the pasted text.

It is certainly possible to do via code but seems like a lot of work to recreate so I would be wanting to start from your existing excel file.

Your Excel setup does seem overly complicated - why aren't you using a pivot table with filters and sorting to do the work of all your separate sheets?

Transferring content back to Word is easy enough. The styles can be applied via VBA as you move that content based on your rules.

I am not familiar with pivot tables at all and am only slightly familiar with filtering.
I can provide you with my Excel workbook that is already set up for 2023 and the 2023 document that accompanies the Excel; however, I hesitate only because then if I understand you correctly you would be doing this work and that just seems to me to be asking too much.
Both 2023 files are blank and contain only formulas in Excel and general format in the Word file.

Have a look on Youtube for some Excel Pivot table tutorials. I think your sorting filtering requirements should be solved by that.

Once you have that compiled onto a single Pivot Table, the coding can be much more straightforward to stick it in Word
