Thanks, it works but it is not what I wanted. I wanted a drop down list that user is able to select if they wanted the section of the form to appear and the selected drop down item is still visible.

For eg,
if user select "Pl indicate relevant experience", Section 1 will appear and wordings on the drop down list is still visible (i.e. the wordings "Pl indicate relevant experience" is the title of the section). Or
if user select "Not in use", Section 2 will appear and wordings on the drop down list "Not In Use" is still there.
I have attached the picture of these scenarios to help in my explanations.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot.
