compile error : can't find project or library
When openning the template dotm file on another machine , my VBA code throw compile error : can't find project or library, and debugger indicates error on funtions like trim, ltrime or symbol chr(32).
The code works perfectly on my development machine, and the Word versions are the same (2016), and references are also the same. How could I solve it ? Many thanks. |

Have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair)?

I did it as you suggested, the problem is still there.
The problem seems isolated on this dotm file, as I created a new file with some simple code with ltrim etc. , it works. I noticed that when openning the dotm file, the tools-Refenrences is disabled, so I can't see or click the libraries. How to enable the Refenrences? |

Problem solved.
The original dotm file has a library from acrobat (I don't know how is that), and another machine doesn't have this library, showing missing status. I unclick this library from the original dotm file. It's fixed . |
