Post Macro to insert multiple images into a table

Hi there,
I'm fairly new to VBA and I work under admin at a company. I need to be able to automate a photo scheduler really, for mass amounts of images into a word document. An employee had one at their old office and it saved a lot of time.

I've attached the previous employee scheduler; it has an embedded ribbon which I cannot figure out how to change or edit, and its VBA does not make too much sense to me personally.

I would like to be able to either edit the ribbon name (currently Knight Frank Photo Schedule) to my company name; or use VBA on our company's document to copy a code.

Any ideas
