I have a table in word as part of a risk register which consists of 3 columns:
1. Consequence, 2. Likelihood and 3. Risk. In the first table column (Consequence), I have a drop-down list: Negligible, Minor, Medium. Major, Extreme. In the second table column (Likelihood), I have a drop down-list: Almost Certain, Likely, Possible, Unlikely, Rare. This is where I'm stuck. The third column (Risk) I want to be able to show the outcome of the items identified in Column 1 and 2. The outcome being L (Low), M (Medium), H (High), VH (Very High). The background of each outcome being L = Green, M = Blue, H - Yellow and VH = Red. I've attached the matrix for example. Can Word do this? |
