![]() I would like to save a copy of a table in memory to use for restoring the table if certain errors occur while attempting a complex process/manipulation of the table. I would rather not copy it to a another location in the document nor create a new document to save it. |

You could copy it to the clipboard, or save it as a building block, or save it to Spike.
Another alternative is to create an undo record at the start of the macro so the user can simply undo if they weren't happy with the result of the macro. A good example of this can be seen in this thread https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...-undo-all.html
