inserting a custom property field in a bookmark

I'm sure there will be a more elegant way to do this but this is my first attempt

  Set aField = ActiveDocument.Fields.Add(Range:=aRng, Text:="DocProperty Title")

  aRng.InsertAfter "text at end"
