Default Word VBA - Insert and resize image

Hi,

I am beginner to Word VBA tool. I need a macro to insert the image file from desktop and would like to resize the top and bottom of image. Can anyone please help?

What do you mean by that? Word does not have the ability to scale one part of a document differently from the rest of the same image.

I meant that i need that image to be reduced from Height 2" (Top 1" and Bottom 1"). Is there any VBA macro available to satisfy this requirement?

By cropping the image or resizing it? You're not exactly being clear...
