Default Creating a MACRO

Hello -

I am trying to create a macro that will do a couple of things to my word document:

1) add <b> before the beginning of a bolded phrase and at a </b> at the end of the phrase.

so BOLDED TEXT would become "<b>" BOLDED TEXT "</b>"

2) add a "<p>" at the beginning of a paragraph and a "</p>" at the end of a paragraph.

I am not sure if this can be done but would like to try..THANKS !
