Default Adding extra row / multiple rows using prompt

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before.

I'm currently working on a document for our tenants and because the tenants' leases can range from 1 to 5 (or more years), and we would like to create a form and lock it to minimise human errors from modifying the original template, I'm looking for a way to insert additional rows for the rent table, either by a prompt asking how many years of lease or whether additional rows are required before moving on to the next field. Please let me know if there are any other options which may work as this was the only one I managed to think of.

Briefly, all the fields (including the year) will have to be editable. Appreciate any help on this!

Edit: to add, this is nested within a full table containing other information, but it can be split from the main table if necessary to make it easier.

If the number of years is limited, it may be simpler to leave the master document with all possible lines and exclude those that are not going to be used.

But then the user would still need to delete the unused rows to obtain a professional-looking result. In a document with protection, a macro would still be needed for that.
