Request for a macro to move footnotes (not formatted as footnotes) from end of page to end of doc

Hello,

I use dragon naturally speaking to listen to pdfs rather than read them. Unfortunately, most of the pdfs I need aren't really formatted for that. They have footnotes but they aren't formatted as footnotes in word, just text at the bottom of pages (sometimes breaking up sentences). I've tried writing a macro but it's a bit beyond my abilities!
