Table cell auto-shading when checkbox ticked.
I'm creating an inspection form which comprises a large Word table with pre-defined text, arranged in a column of cells with a checkbox in a separate cell adjacent to each. Is it possible, by clicking the checkbox, to automatically shade the cells containing the text and the corresponding checkbox cell? |

Thanks Andrew. I'm new to the use of VBA in MS Word so let me try your suggestion and see how I get on. It appears to be the solution I'm looking for and I appreciate your fast response.
