Default Table macro

Can anyone help.

I would like a macro to run that inserts the attached table, including font size colour onto a single word page.

You don't need a macro. Modify the style of the first paragraph to make sure it has the Page Break Before setting turned on to ensure this always starts on a new page. Then select the table and one trailing empty paragraph and save it as a quick part building block in your template. If you give it a short unique name with at least 4 characters like 'exta' then you will be able to insert it anytime by typing that name and pressing either return or F3.

Thank you.
Do you know if it's possible to add colour to the quick part tools category headings, so when scroll through the auto text dynamic gallery the headings of the categories stand out?

You didn't make use of styles so I edited the doc you provided and saved it as a dotx template so I could store the table as a building block.

With this template you can add a new blank table by either choosing it from the Quick Parts gallery or typing exta or extable and pressing Enter or F3

Thanks Andrew
With the original template you produced which contains the auto text gallery and dynamic gallery and the email buttons, I would like to change the code for the email button.
I've got a code which runs well on other word documents, it converts the doc to PDF as an attachment (which is what I like rather than in the body of the email). This code also inserts a signature with an image. I would like to use this code in the template you sent but I can't make it work. Can please you help?

I can attach the template you provided along with the code for the PDF as an attachment and signature.

Thanks

You probably don't need multiple templates. You should be able to copy the table from the dotx template into your dotm template which already has the code working.

Once you have the content in your good template, you might need to fiddle the styles to get the formatting right and then you can save it as a quick part or some other type of building block.

If you still want two templates, upload the template with the working code so I can see what is required.

Hi Andrew
I would of attached the files but I think they are too big. Can I send them directly to you?
I would like the main template you original helped me with 'Exercise Index Temp' and a word doc with the code I wish to use 'leaflet Email and signature'. I've also attached the 'HTML Message cover' doc which goes with the code. I would like the code in the 'Leaflet Email and Signature' doc installed in the 'Exercise Index Temp' and have it linked to the email button on the ribbon.
