Embedding Building Blocks
I'm making a document that contains a ton of building blocks, and these building blocks will be updated and edited over the course of time. 20+ people will be using this document, so is there a way to embed the building blocks into the document itself?
I don't want all these people having to save the template file to their local machine because that's a hassle (and not many of them are computer savvy, so we'd definitely run into issues). It would also be nice to have edits to the building blocks update automatically within the document. Don't know much about VBA, looking for advice. Thanks! |

Documents can't contain building blocks (they can only display content defined by a buildingblock which is stored in a template).
Perhaps your IT guys can create a script the loads a master copy of a template to the Users Word Startup folder at each logon. |
