Exclamation Conditional Formatting to activate Multiple Choices After Chosen From The Drop Down List
Hi All,

Sorry if there's any confusion.

I will like to use conditional formatting to resolve the following issues.

I have 2 tiers of shows' genres.

After choosing Tier 1 from the the drop-down list, I should be able to choose the following choices under the tier 2 (list box) which ever are link under tier 1.

I am not too sure what is the correct way to do this, can someone please advise, thanks.

Your image doesn't display correctly, apparently because it's a link to a 3rd-party website whose content doesn't display correctly here. Instead of trying to link to a 3rd-party website, upload the actual image here - via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

Hi, but does it work for different row/column? Tier 1 supposed to be row 1 and Tier 2 supposed to be row 2; row 2 should appeared after tier 1's category been chosen.

I think your terminology is wrong. It sounds like you are more interested in finding out about cascading (or dependent or hierarchical) content controls. Try macropod's links in this thread https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...drop-down.html
