Dear friends of the forum, I have just entered. I would like to know if I could manage to find a solution to make it possible to select a practice number in a list box and, according to this, the Title is automatically placed in a text box and the subtitle in another text box. I have tried to do with another list box but the subtitles are deleted. I know exactly how to achieve this result

You have two sub title fields, the purpose of the second one of which is not clear, and you have a list fields without a list. What I suspect you want is the attached. This has two list fields based on your second document list. You cannot have duplicated entries in a list box so it needs a little juggling to achieve that.

Greetings, it really required a list to select and two text boxes to show the result one for the title and the other for the subtitle but as I do not understand that how to do it I assumed that another selection list is necessary. I don't think that with a selection list control you can fill two text boxes with different information. Then, I left both of them so that whoever helped me would decide the most convenient one.
I will delete the last textbox control because it seems to be convenient when growing up.
