How do you assign a macro to a button in Word?
My MacBook runs MS Office 365 (Version 15.27 for Mac).
I am wanting to record a simple Macro (paragraph, line spacing etc) and assign it to a button on the Quick Access Toolbar. When I start off, it does not give me that option in View>Macros>Record Macros. It is only showing Keyboard. Is there something I need to activate? |

Create or run a macro - Word
See menu "Record a macro with a button"

That's the problem!
Thanks - but that is the problem: when I do that, it only shows 'keyboard' to assign the macro too. There is no option shown to assign it to a button!
