Default How do you assign a macro to a button in Word?

My MacBook runs MS Office 365 (Version 15.27 for Mac).

I am wanting to record a simple Macro (paragraph, line spacing etc) and assign it to a button on the Quick Access Toolbar.
When I start off, it does not give me that option in View>Macros>Record Macros. It is only showing Keyboard.
Is there something I need to activate?
