Macro Security Warning

I nearly finished a large Word file, but since yesterday I encounter a severe problem: every time I try to open a wordfile I got following error message (repeated 3 times) :


'The function you are attempting to run contains macros or content that requires macro language support. When this software was installed, you (or your administrator) chose not to install support for macros or controls.'

I have been looking on google for several hours but unfortunately did not find the solution !...

Would it PLEASE be possible to help me once again to restore my macro function ?
