I'm running Word 2019 (64-bit mode) on Mac OS X High Sierra (the penultimate OS version). I have a 12 processor mac pro. But Word runs very slowly especially my macros.
I read some place that unless you have very valid reason (which didn't apply to me) you should run Word in 32-bit mode for speed. Is this true? If so, do I need to completely uninstall Office and reinstall, or can I somehow switch the mode to 32-bit? |
