Word Form to Save as and clear
I have built a Word form where there are drop downs, free filling and data selection boxes. I restricted editing to allow users to fill in the form but did not password protect. Is there a way to have a button that will SaveAS with a new file name and then clear the form for the next user?? |

If you use a 'clear' Word template (i.e. a file saved in the .dotm format), double-clicking on that will create a new document with the fields cleared (the same applies if the user chooses File|New and selects that template); it will also minimise the risk of your template being saved over with user data. No code required.
