Default Copy a template into a special position

Hello,

first of all, sorry for my bad english.

I have a Project file. In this file I want to store alle meeting details and telekon details.

I have 3 big headlines, 1. meetings, 2. telecons, 3. templates

in 1.1 is first meting, 1.2 is secont meeting, same system for telecons.

in 3.1 i have my template for metings, in 3.2 is the template for telecons.

I want to have a button after the latest meeting to copy 1 more meeting template before this button.

The templates can be marked with ###meetingstart### before the meeting template and ###meetingend### after the meeting template.

I hope it is unterstandable what I want to do.

Thanks for you time.

You don't need a macro or template for that. Instead, create a custom Quick Part for the meeting & telecon details. Then, whenever you need to insert another set of such details, simply insert the Quick Part at that point.

How can i Insert that part with an button?

I think most of the users will find a button better than your solution.

For that, you would need a macro that does the Quick Part insertion. You could then attach that macro to the Quick Access Toolbar, with the button of your choice. Once you've created the custom Quick Part, you can use the macro recorder to create the required macro.
