extract text from word file to Xml file

I have a list of companies in dropdown menu and the details of companies like address and postal code are in Xml file attached to dropdown menu. Now I want to write a code for new companies which are not listed in xml file and it should be extracted from word file directly..

Any help would be appreciated. thank you
