Previously functional code doesn't work properly anymore

Hello. Does anyone have any idea why previously functional VBA code would stop working properly? I've created user forms and code to customize legal documents with the client's information. I finished a particular automated document back in May. I tested the code (and forms) inside and out and everything worked fine as of a couple of days ago, but now something's gone haywire; after I've put the information in using the forms and run the code, the resulting document is all jumbled. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
