Default Deleting link using macro

Hello,

Every month I create about 10 letters using the same data: date, address, company name etc, but each of them is intended for sending to another kind of recipient and contains different text.

I thought that the best solution would be to create an excel database with data that are repeated and combine it with the text in the templates. I prepared such templates and linked them. Unfortunately, interrupting the link require to edit each letter and delete all links manually. Is there any possibility of interrupting links using macro?

I enclose the database and an example of one letter. Thanks for any idea.

The letter and especially the data you have posted is barely helpful, but on the face of it, what you are attempting is a many to one mail merge - see http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm

The workbook, sparse as it is, isn't laid out in a way that would be useful for a mailmerge of any kind; the data presently in the workbook would need to be transposed. The letter also refers to a list, but there's no provision for that in the workbook. In any event, you don't need a macro to break any links; Ctrl-A (to select the entire document) or just selecting the affected range, followed by Ctrl-Shift-F9 will do so.
