Default Word Template With Macro Button

Hi all
I have got a form I have created in word with a submit button at the bottom, when it is clicked the form automatically sends to the Email address in the VBA Code (Below)

the document it edit protected and saved as a Macro enabled template but the button wont work once I open the saved template, when I unlock the document and look at the button code the code has disappeared, can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

Many thanks

To enable your button, you'll need to leave it unprotected. The method depends on what form of protection you've applied.
