Word Error Message Run time Error 4605

Hello, wondering if you could help me with a run time error 4605 message.
I can't seem to figure out how to correct this error message.
The VBA to delete seems to be working fine.
But the short cut to add lines at times gives this error.


If adding works the first time, you'll need to try adding more lines until it shoots off the error message.
Could you help me review the VBA code to add lines?
