I'm using Word 2013. I've found tons of solutions for creating dependent dropdown lists, but I want to use the same choices repeatedly in a single document. I've googled far and wide and I get nothing. Here's the situation: I'm creating a performance evaluation and we have a list of 10 strengths - the manager chooses 3. Then each strength has 10 examples and the manager chooses 3 of those. So the form would look something like:
Strength 1: Example 1: (dependent on strength1) Example 2: (dependent on strength1) Example 3: (dependent on strength1) Strength 2: Example 1: (dependent on strength2) Example 2: (dependent on strength2) Example 3: (dependent on strength2) I would prefer not to code each dropdown list separately, but I can't figure out how to do it otherwise, or if I even can. TIA for any assistance you can offer. Inger |

PS: Please don't ask the same question in multiple threads. Doing so is liable to result in wasted effort.
