Cool Duplicate Heading 2 on one page to another page - no intervention

I don’t know if it is possible but….I wanted your advice and suggestions for a solution.

I would like to repeat heading 2 titles in one section of a document to another section.

So far so good, I could use text form fields and link them using cross reference…

BUT because I am creating a template for end users they won’t be creating links.

(attempted) Detailed Description of Document

Halfway through this document is a section ‘high level results’, under this a heading2 ‘result names’ and some high level text or a table. -

High level results
Result 1 name
Sdafkljhasfkljhasd
Result 2 name
;ljasdhfkljhads
Sdsds

I would like the ‘results names’ to repeat on the page called ‘detailed results’ which displays the same result names but underneath those are detailed explanations on how they were achieved maybe with screenshots....

The challenge is that the end user is not going to create the text form fields and link them, they will most likely copy paste.

I don't know if there is a solution.... but wondered...

Is it possible for a user to copy paste an existing text form field, (already inserted) and a macro then creates a bookmark and links to it in the same position proportionally to the detailed page.

E.g if the user copy/ paste to the bottom of the ‘result name’ list it eg it would be result 3 name it would create the same result name title on the bottom part of the detailed page…. and if they copied result name to beneath the first one eg result 1.5 name it would produce the same on the detailed page....

apologies for the essay, and if you got this far... and have some suggestions... i would appreciate your help...

You might consider using Word's Heading Styles for the relevant content and a Table of Contents (without page #s) to replicate the content. No VBA required.
