Post Invisible Question Marks from Word Document

Hello Word Gurus -
So, there is a word template that users uses. They modify the document created off of this template. Sometimes they copy and paste from internet content in the document. This document then merge with mail merge and email to the customers. Some of the customers are getting question marks sporadically in place of following characters

34 - " Double Quote
39 - ' Single Quote
9 - TAB - Horizontal Tab
32 - two consecutive Spaces
45 - Small dash/hyphen
‘‘145 - Single quote with round head upside down (Start)
146 -Single quote with round head (End)
147 - Double quote with round head upside down (Start)
148 - Double quote with round head (End)
150 - Single Dash -

151 Streched Single dash
160 Space
175 - Bold Dash
180 - Short quote

Looking closely at the document doesn't contain anything when I checked with Formatting Marks. What do I need to do to avoid question marks from the email? Any help on writing macro for this?

Thanks & Regards,

Sounds like you are sending the emails in HTML format and different browsers treat those characters differently. Try using RTF as the email format.
