Merge documents;Formular with Checkboxes
Hey everybody!
sorry if my english isn't good enough. My sister asked me to make a formular for some of her cooking-receips.. The idea is: the user should be able to choose some receips through checkboxes (not many) and then get a document (by clicking a command button) where all of the chosen one are in one document. Right now we have all the receips in different .docx The formular is ready so far..but i just don't understand how to access the different documents(receips) from VBA.. I thought about it like this after searching the internet: The program should open a document where there are bookmarks for every receipe. Then it should look wich checkboxes are active and for these it should put the content of the specific documents at the right bookmark. If some documents are not wanted, it should ignore or delete the unnecessary bookmarks. I put all of them as buildingblocks in my main document. My knowledge about bookmarks and word vba is (very) limited.. Hopefully you understand my point and I can get some help from you guys. Have a nice evening! |
