Need to create an office (word) add-in to create a custom ribbon bar with icons

Hello,

we need to create an office add-in which will have a ribbon bar including some buttons to start sevreal macros (VBA).
We have got Visual Studio 2017 Pro and we need to create a msi (or something similar), to roll out this add in on appr. 250 clients (Office 2016).

Andy ideas how we can get this done?
