Yes, only one Case Type should be chosen, but the user may make a mistake and want to switch it later. Doing that should delete all Response Types that may have been chosen. But changing a previously selected Response Type shouldn't delete all subsequent response types. Also, users should be able to choose Response Types out of order -- e.g., pick one for #3 and #6 before deciding on what to pick for #2 -- and if they do that, then the intervening numbers should be inserted as blank numbered paragraphs in the output at the bottom. (Btw, "Response Types" are really just "Responses" -- obviously just a name thing that I can change later, but just in case that affects how you're conceptualizing it.)
