I have a long and complex piece of VBA in a Document Template which runs ok in Word for Windows. But my preference is my Mac with much larger screen. The template fails when used on Word for Mac and even when used in a Windows virtual machine, like Parallels
I think it is the folder, filename references causing the problem, but I am not sure The document template is a macro enabled ODTM file and the file is too large to upload but is available HERE The purpose of the VBA is to parse the docx file and deconstruct it into, essentially, him or java. Once run, in a sub-directory called "compiled" of the original Word file, will be a 'createdoc_WORDFILENAME.jsp' and another sub folder called WORDFILENAME_files I would be willing to pay to have someone recode this work with Microsoft Office 16 on the Mac Rog |
