I suspect the problem has more to do with your assorted delete macros.
What EXACTLY do you intend to happen when you run either of these macros, and on which table?
Your delete macro is programmed to process all tables, so clearly that is likely to cause problems, and it deletes all the rows that contain unfilled controls, making it difficult to restore if you run it and the first row of the main table is unfilled.

I have made some changes to your macros, which should now work as I imagine they were intended to work.
