Default Command button shortcut Control + D

Hello, could you help create a VBA I could use to for my form? I've copied the vba from the macro but doesn't seem to be taking it.
I'd like the user to be able to click on the command button and it would process a Control + D shortcut macro. This is the shortcut key to the simple macro.
Thanks!

Your document is an ordinary Word document. For it to hold macro code it would have to be a macro enabled document.
