Default Insert Data from HTML into Word Form Fields

Hello. This request might be a pipe dream but it's worth a shot. In my real estate profession, I have a Word document with form fields that I manually populate with data from various websites. I am looking for a way to capture the necessary data from these sites and automatically insert them into my Word doc.

I have attached a sample of my document. I want to populate as many fields as possible with data from the below site. So, for example, I want the owner (Jones, Claude) to appear in the "Owner" form field in my document.

Thank you in advance.

There seems to be a problem with your URL. That said, there is plenty of code about for scraping content from web pages, usually for inserting into an Excel workbook, but could be adapted to inserting into a Word document.

Thank you for the response. I appreciate it. I'm not sure why the URL didn't work. I copied and pasted from the browser:

Anyway, do you have any suggestions for finding someone to assist with this project? I assumed it would fairy complex. Thank you again.

Your updated URL still doesn't work - times out. behind a firewall, perhaps? Without access to the page concerned, I have no idea how complex the project might be.

You might try making some enquiries with local IT firms.

Thanks again. I'm not sure why the URL isn't working. Anyway here's a different one. As I mentioned, there are numerous sites I gather data from but it's basically the same type of data from every site:

I will check with some IT firms as you suggested, but if you have any additional feedback, please let me know. I appreciate it.
