Continuously check and correct if between words are more then one space
Hi,
thank you in advance for reading. To type text in MS Word I use a stenomachine. Due to Steno Software limitations, while I type, sometimes there are extra spaces between words. I know I can fix using "Find and Replace" tool once I've finished my job. But the document already conteins some text before I begin to type, and I should leave it untouched. So I'd like to use a macro which checks while I'm typing and fix in realtime when more then one space is created between two words. Thanks a lot. |

Word has no facility for what you're trying to achieve. You can, however, limit the scope of a Find/Replace to a designated range.
