Using MacroPod's suggestion, how about the following?


Sub FindOnLineSix()

ActiveDocument.Paragraphs(6).Range
Dim myRange As range.
If InStr (myRange.Text, “NRCS”) Then
Debug.Print “I found Washington”
If InStr (myRange.Text, “Washington”) Then
Debug.Print “I found Washington”
If InStr (myRange.Text, “St Louis”) Then
